I'm currently listening to this book by Dr. Perlmutter. I'm nearly finished, and over the next day or two I'll give a review.
Its really enlightening to say the least. I'm all about the science, I want to be persuaded about what is best for me to eat. If you get a chance to read or listen to this book from Audible Id strongly recommend it.
