An example of a delicious (low carb) paleo/ primal meal


Here's my dinner from this evening. Two nice fillets of Salmon drenched in cottage cheese. Roasted vegetables include Asparagus, cauliflower, Brocolli, and turnip. I then doused them all in some butter and Himalayan sea salt. Absolutely delicious  and quite easy to make. 

Some people say low carb and Paleo eating is boring, but it doesn't have to be.
